Order processing:

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Once you place your order, it will be processed within 3–5 working days. We will then send you an email with your tracking number.

Delivery times:

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

• United Kingdom: 15–20 working days from processing.
• Europe, the USA and the rest of the world: 15–30 working days from processing, depending on the destination.

Shipping is free on all orders.

Customs and import charges:

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. Some countries may apply import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives; if you need more information, please contact your local customs office.
